Initial consultation & quote

Book my services
After we identify your project requirements, you will be asked to sign a contract that specifies the deliverables, payment details, and timelines. To start all projects, an initial payment of 50% is required.
Discovery & visual direction
The discovery session is where the magic begins! This is our chance to dive deep into your vision, your preferences, your brand identity, the services you offer, your target audience, your goals, and so much more. Think of it as our creative treasure hunt!

With the insights you share, I'll embark on a journey of research. I'll get to know you inside and out, study your competitors, brainstorm logo concepts that resonate with your essence, pick out brand colours that pop, curate font pairings that scream 'you,' and even envision the functionality your project requires. It's all about crafting a website that not only works but also looks and feels like an extension of your brand.
Brand strategy
With your vision and business needs in clear focus, it's time to dive headfirst into the creative process! I'll use the insights from our discovery session to create designs for your logo and other branding elements, including image selection. We'll work together to ensure the designs align with your vision. Once the brand elements are finalized, I'll start on the web design.
Content development
As we’re working on the web design, I’ll start creating clear and engaging content. I’ll draft your headings, taglines, calls to action and other text - whether it's starting from scratch or giving your existing content a dazzling makeover, I've got it covered. I’ll also identify your keywords for search engine optimization.
Website design
Now that we've unveiled your new logo, breathed life into your brand identity, and woven engaging content, it's time to rev up the engines for the web design journey! First, we'll sketch out a detailed sitemap, laying the foundation for your website's structure. Then, we'll dive into the exciting realm of web page design, infusing each page with your unique brand essence.

Review & revisions
Once I unveil the website and content, you'll have the spotlight. Your feedback is like the director's cut, and I'll work with you to make sure everything aligns with your vision. I'm all about fine-tuning and polishing.

Typically, we go through 1-2 rounds of edits, taking your notes and refining the design until it's ready to shine.
Website launch
Once we have your nod of approval for the final website, it's time to wrap things up. You'll make the final payment (50%), and with that, the website will spring to life and be handed over to you.

But that's not all – your ultimate brand package will be delivered to your virtual doorstep. I'll also set up your Google Analytics and lay down the foundations of your SEO strategy, including the magic of keywords. It's all about ensuring your digital presence shines brightly from the moment we hit the launch button!
